About Me: Making Magic with a Turn of Phrase
Wendy Richards is my name and I’m a Canadian freelance writer, blogger and editor. I’m a Virtuoso Travel Advisor and former legal/executive assistant for an international law firm. If I’m not on the road peeking behind the doors and passageways discovering hidden gems and fascinating folk, I’m mucking about in breaking news, lifestyles, social issues, and the truth as I know it.
You’ll find me living in Western Canada but my passion lies in not only discovering new destinations but the journeys in getting there.
Fear of death is a waste of time. It will take me when and where it chooses. Until then, it will have to chase me as I intend to run very fast!

After slaving away in law firms for years, I can piece together content and produce beautiful works of legal mumble jumble in my sleep. Now that I have freed myself from the shackles of office life, I write and blog about what’s important to me.
I have reviewed and assisted colleagues with the creation and editing of website content, biographies, resumes and business/cover letters.
